Whether you’re buying or selling homes or investments, trust that David has a process and a passion that will help your goals become a reality.
David and his wife, Amy, are active and involved parents of four young children. His wife, Amy, is a Nurse Practitioner with Associated Urology. Together they are proud members of the Manhattan community. “Manhattan is a special place, I truly believe that. After getting married Amy and I were lucky enough to travel and live all over the country. When it was time to settle down and raise kids, we knew without a doubt that we would come back to Kansas, and Manhattan was the place we would call home.”
With 10 years in the industry and as one of the more experienced members of the Alliance team, David has established himself as a constant and stable agent in the Manhattan market. After years of managing business's in the hospitality industry and with a family on the way, it was time for a more family oriented carrier. Always attracted to real estate & acutely aware that he is at his best when he is giving of himself to help others, David has built his real estate business on a process driven and service oriented model. “ People take their home extremely personally. I have a great deal of respect for that. Often this is much more than an asset on a spreadsheet. It’s a home, a place where memories are made and a place that represents who they are. I think something that powerful deserves an agent that respects that attachment and one that has a perspective and a process that has proven to be successful.”
“ I really feel like I have one of the best jobs out there. Not only do I get to use what I know and have learned to help people solve problems and make dreams a reality, but I also find that I’ve built a lot of relationships along the way. There are more than 200 qualified Realtors in the Flint Hills Association and I’m so grateful each time someone allows me to be the one that helps them. I take that seriously and I fight hard to make sure my clients get the best representation they can. When it’s all over, I want to be asked to sit in the living room with those same people and be considered a friend, that’s when I consider my business successful.”
